Organizations can access payment & form-response reports in real-time via Google sheets. You can also share this Google sheet with your colleagues/accountant without having to share the Omella dashboard credentials. We built this so organizations can easily and transparently view report data quickly.

Here is a simple 2-step process to access the report via Google sheets 👇

1. Head over to Omella dashboard (log in if the system prompts)
2. Click on “reports” on the left side of the dashboard (screenshot below)

You will now be redirected to a Google sheets page where you can access a consolidated list of all the responses and payments filled on your organization’s forms & payment pages.

That reports tab gives you a birds-eye view of all payment and form responses for any payment page on Omella. If you’d like to see specific page response data, click on the payment page and press ‘Open in Google Sheets’.

If you want to share the above Google sheets report with one of your colleagues, you can simply do so by copying the link of the Google sheets page - as simple as that!
