Learn how to validate, reset, or remove codes to control purchase access. Restrict purchases to specific codes. For example, if a student is attending an event like Prom or Homecoming and you need to restrict purchases by Student ID or Student Email Address, you can do it!

You can restrict who can purchase or submit on your page. This keeps access private and ensures that only authorized individuals, such as specific students, can complete a purchase.

🔒 How to Set Up Purchase Restrictions

It's easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your page and a short answer block
  2. Click on the three dots and select "Answer Validation"
  3. Add Student IDs, email addresses, or any unique codes, separating each one by line.

Done! ✅ – Only users with these codes will be able to proceed.

📋 Adding a Bulk List

To add a bulk list, simply copy all the codes, emails, or IDs from a spreadsheet.
Just copy them and paste them, making sure each entry is on a new line. And that’s it! You’ve added several at once with just Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V (or Command + C, Command + V).

🔑 Managing Access: Reset, Remove, or Update Codes

Reset Access – If a refund is issued or a code was used incorrectly, you can reset it.

Remove a Code – If a student is no longer eligible, simply delete their ID or email from the list.

Full control at your fingertips! This feature gives you complete control over who can purchase, making the process quick, simple, and secure. 💻

🔧 If you added validations but changed your mind or need to remove them, it’s easy! Simply click on the three dots, select "Answers validation", choose the first box, and remove them. That’s it—validations are deactivated!

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
