Here’s how to create a space in 4 easy steps. As an organization owner, you can create and access all spaces. Space members can only access pages and reports within their space.
✅ Step 1 : Click the + to create a new space
✅ Step 2: Enter the space name and upload a logo
✅ Step 3: Add existing members or invite new members to the space
✅ Step 4: Assign a role and permissions to each space member
💡Each space requires one owner who controls settings, and receives refund request notifications. You can add unlimited space staff members. All members can access pages, reports and receive receipt emails.
You can create an unlimited number of spaces.
There can only be one space owner but you may invite an unlimited number of space staff members.
A space owner can access and update price settings, the custom receipt message and will receive refund request notifications. The space owner and staff members can view pages and reports within the space and will receive payment notifications.
The organization owner has access to all spaces and the pages and reports within those spaces. They also have access to organization wide reporting and can update the payout details for the organization.
Click on the space settings to rename a space. You can also add additional space members or reassign roles in space settings.
Click the 3 dots on the page record to copy the page in the space or to a new space.
You can’t move transactions and submissions to a new space; however, you can copy the page to a new space and start collecting new submissions. Then you can archive the original page.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
