A payer has two ways to access their member account to request a cancellation:
✅ Click the request to cancel link found on the payer receipt
✅ Go directly to Omella.com/member
Once logged in, your payers have to follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Click the Subscriptions tab and find the subscription record you want to cancel
2️⃣ Click on the Request Cancelation link and enter a reason. You can also request a refund of the last payment.
3️⃣ Click Send Request
Now it’s your turn to approve or reject the request by clicking on the View request link in the notification email.
You will receive an email notification with a link to view the request and can approve or reject it.
No, you have the control to approve or reject the request. Omella will not automatically process a payer request to cancel.
The payer will receive an email notification when the request is approved or rejected. If rejected, the reason will be included in the notification.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
